Overview
Wæm Em-51t Æm was founded durring the late 12th century in winter of the year 1053, by Ch́ayna Zënmëga. The establishment of Wæm Em-51t Æm was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Wæm Em-51t Æm's construction back out of the project. Ch́ayna Zënmëga pushed on reguardles, and Wæm Em-51t Æm was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Wæm Em-51t Æm was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Em-51t Æm is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Wæm Em-51t Æm is buildings are located arround a single crampt flagstone mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Wæm Em-51t Æm's size could have. The town's well-designed, yet cheep have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
Right off the bat Wæm Em-51t Æm hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. It’s easy to see where their wealth comes from the more you look arround. Every aspect of the town has been developed with care and great thought. The people themselves act deliberately and with care in even the simplest of daily actions.

Wæm Em-51t Æm has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Wæm Em-51t Æm's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Wæm Em-51t Æm has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Cultural Notes
Wæm Em-51t Æm's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art. However, many buildings with large ceiling spaces had their ceilings decorated with elaborate paintings, simply because the large flat spaces could feel wasted.

The worst of the disaster struck The storm coated everything in a thick layer of ice and freezing countless animals, plants, and people to death. Wæm Em-51t Æm lost 240 people, and 131 livestock in the disaster.. The disaster is remembered as the Loss Screams, after the sounds of the winds.
